Ingredients

4 servings
  • 28 ozcan of petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 ozbulk sausage
  • 1 tbspfennel seeds
  • 1/3 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsppink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1/3 cuppickled jalapeño peppers and teaspoon of juices

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to the pan, unless sausage produces lots of juices.Brown the sausage add salt, and fennel seeds.

    Add jalapeño peppers and juices. Add tomatoes simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese stirring constantly, when mixed remove from heat.
