I use Better Batter Gluten free flour in my recipe and my jam came from a local Amish farm.

In a large measuring cup with a handle, pour in milk

Add egg, vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well.

Whisk in flour until smooth.

Grease a large flat griddle and pour out 1/3 cup of batter.

When steam rises from the crepe, gently lift edges before flipping.

Crepes should be slightly golden on each side.

In microwave safe bowl, put in jam and add boiling water.

Stir water and jam then microwave for 30 seconds

Spread cream cheese on each crepe and roll up.

Top with warm jam.
