Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsPlain Flour
  2. 3/4 tspSalt
  3. 3/4 tbspCaster Sugar
  4. 6 gramsCooking Yeast
  5. 180 mlWarm Water
  6. 1 1/4 tbspOlive oil
  7. 3 tbspTomato puree
  8. 1/2 cupSweetcorn
  9. 112 gramsTuna fish / 1 small can
  10. 100 grams Grated Chedder cheese

    Add the flour to a mixing bowl, salt, sugar and mix.

    Add the yeast and stir, then add the oil to the warm water stir, then add to the flour.

    Stir the flour around until it forms a dough ball .

    Flour the surface you are going to roll it on. If the dough ball feels too sticky add a little more flour a little at a time so you don't overdo it.

    Knead the dough only for around a minute then using a floured rolling pin. Roll it out thin but not too thin, in a oblong shape.

    Spread the tomato puree with the back of the spoon.

    Then spread the sweetcorn all over

    Spread the tuna all over the top. Best to use a spoon and blob it all over.

    Add the grated cheese all over equally

    Lift it along the edge carefully. If its sticking to the surface, roll one end like roly poly up to the other end. Or use a knife to lift it while you roll it firmly.

    Once to the other end roll it back a little where it joins, put a little flour down behind it so it does not stick and cut off uneven ends

    Grease the oven dish your using, preferably one with holes in or just flat with no sides. Roll the pizza backwards onto the tray. If it tears a bit just use the ends you cut off and dab a little water on it and stick it over it and blend in.

    Bake on 180°C gas 7 for 10 minutes then turn down to 150°C/gas 4 for another 10-15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
