My boyfriend loves to fish and naturally I picked up the sport. my first catch was this beautiful 23" red. I was excited and I wanted to learn how to prepare something with it so my babe told me to fix it this way and he says its called "Ceviche".

Ingredients

  1. 3 lbred
  2. 8lemons
  3. 1 bunchfresh cilantro
  4. 3romas
  5. 1 1/2 cupred onion
  6. 1 1/2 cupfresh red raddish
  7. 2hass avocado

Cooking Instructions

    After fish has been cleaned, dice in about one inch to half inch cubes.

    Rinse in cold tap and strain most access water.

  3. 3

    Transfer fish into a large stainless steel bowl.

  4. 4

    Squeeze lemons in fish.

  5. 5

    This recipe goes great with club or saltine crackers and an ice cold beer for a sports game or entertaining a small crowd. Enjoy!

Straight out of Texas born and raised in the southern tip by the mexican borderd. I fell in love with a cook and that is pretty much why i ended up downloading this application (it feels odd to know that my man can cook better than i can so some of these recipies have really impressed him). i love to cook and try new recipies and i also like to experience with different foods amd methods. my favorite foods would be anythink with meat. my husbanf and i do a lot of fishing and he prepares the catch bery deliciosly. we have no children but we cook for my niece as well as other ppl in our family.
