  1. 3 tbspfollowing...fresh finely chopped Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Margoram, Rosemary
  2. 1 tbspSugar
  3. 3 tbspMiced Garlic
  4. 1 tbspCracked Black Pepper
  5. 2 can (14 1/2 ounce)Diced Tomatoes
  6. 2 can (6 ounce)Tomato Paste
  7. 2 1/2lbs Salt

  1. 1

    In a large pot add all ingredients except sausage. Bring to a boil. Turn stove to low simmer.

  2. 2

    Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.

  3. 3

    Brown Italian Sasauge. Drain and pat dry. Add sasauge to pot.

  4. 4

    Continue to simmer low for at least an hour.

  5. 5

    Serve over your favorite pasta.
