Steps

Take little oil on pan and roast green chillies in it. When you see black burns on it take it out. Do same for garlic as well.

On same pan roast peanut. Remove its skin and crush it.

Take mixer. Put salt, chillies and garlic in it and make paste of it. Mix this paste with crushed peanut mixture. Add some coriander and again put it on hot pan. And switch of the flame. Hot pan will crisp peanuts and will provide crunch.
