Steps

Wash the ugu and waterleaf very well with salt and enough water.

Slice them nicely.

Wash dry fish with warm water and salt.

Boil meat,stockfish and dryfish with onion,Maggi and salt.

Boil till the water drys.

Place pot on fire,add palmoil bleach for 2minutes.

Add onion and pour in waterleaf immediately.

Allow it to fry but be stirring at the same time.

When the water has dried because of the water from waterleaf.

Pour in the meat,stockfish and dryfish.

Add Maggi,crayfish and pepper.

Stir very well and leave for to boil for 3minutes.

Then pour in the vegetables.use a wooden spoon to mix it to get it very well.

Check the salt and taste.add a little more if need be.

Turn off the heat after 1minute.soup is ready.
