Steps

Soak the rice and dal for 4-5 hours

Grind to a paste and keep it to ferment for 6 hours

Blanch all the vegetables to little soft

Mix all the ingredients together and make a semi thick batter

Heat a heavy bottom nonstick pan and spread at least 2 big sopoon of batter little oil and cover it with a lid

Let it cook on low flame

When it is cooked from one side trun it over and cook it from the other side also till golden brown

Take it out on serving plate and serve it with chutney or sauce
