Steps

Boil 2⅓ cups water for the rice. Add the rice and salt and reduce the heat then cover.

When water is almost finished uncover and let the rice cook until ready then set aside.

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. stir and then add tomatoes as you stir.

Wait for the tomatoes to soften then stir and add ndengu. stir and add royco mixed in ¾cup of water.

Add salt and cover for a few minutes then serve.
