  2. 2boneless chicken breasts
  3. 2 tspdry basil
  4. 2 tspdry oregano
  5. 2 tspcourse black pepper
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  7. 2 tspGarlic minced
  8. 2 tspLemon zest
  9. 1/2Lemon squeezed
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. Pasta
  12. 1/2 boxVermicilli
  13. 1 bunchsweet basil
  14. 1 clovegarlic
  15. 1 tbspbutter

  1. 1

    Combine all marinade ingredients into zip lock bag/air tight bowl. Soak chicken breast over night in marinade.

    Grill chicken until you have wonderful grill marks and the beast has maintained it's juicy texture. Place lightly grilled lemons on top of breast for last 5 minutes for enhanced flavor. Slice breast about 1/4 inches thick the long way then fan over pasta. ENJOY!
