Ingredients

  • 20 ozrice or white wine vinegar
  • 3sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 3inch strip lemon zest
  • 1clean bottle or jar
  • 1clean bamboo skewer (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place tarragon sprigs in bottle

  2. 2

    Place garlic and lemon zest in bottle - I thread mine midway on a bamboo skewer so they don't just lay on the bottom

  3. 3

    Fill bottle with vinegar to cover

  4. 4

    Let steep 2 weeks, keep indefinitely
