  • 13-1/4 oz Package Jell-O Vanilla Puddng & Pie Filling
  • 1 cupDark Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 cupEvaporated milk
  • 1Egg Slightly Beaten
  • 1 cupChopped Pecans
  • 1Unbaked 8-in Pie Shell

Steps

    Blend pie filling mix with corn syrup

  2. 2

    Gradually stir in evaporated milk and egg

  3. 3

    add Pecans

  4. 4

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 until top is firm and just begins to crack - about 40 minutes

  5. 5

    Cool at least 3 hours. Garnish
