Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 3 cantuna, drained well
  2. 3 mediumRipe Avacados
  3. 1/3 cupmilk
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 canpeas
  6. 1 cupshredded cheese (I used cheddar and swiss)
  7. crushed red pepper
  8. 6 ozelbow noodles (about 1/2 a box)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the noodles untill slightly underdone about 5min

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  3. 3

    Drain the tuna, put it in a large mixing bowl, add salt

  4. 4

    Cut the Avacados in half, pit them and scrape the meat into the bowl with the tuna.

  5. 5

    Add milk to the bowl and with a fork combine well. This will take a little time depending on how ripe the avacado is.

  6. 6

    Add the noodles and peas, mix well.

  7. 7

    Pit the mixture into a 5x9 pan top with the shredded cheese

  8. 8

    Sprinkle red pepper flakes on to to taste

  9. 9

    Bake at 400°F for about 20 min
