I love this as a quick refreshing drink when I don't fancy water. The vanilla just makes it delicious.

It's really quite simple - put together in a large jug, blend and enjoy! You may wish to sieve it either straight away or when you start putting the last of it into your glass.

I like to drink this through out the day, so I pour a glass and leave the rest covered in the fridge - but make sure you have it that day as it won't be as good in the morning.

Sugar Free Blueberry Sauce Sugar Free Blueberry Sauce
I was selected to be a tester for Pal Sweet, a brand of aspartame from Ajinomoto, so I thought up a recipe that can be made quickly on busy mornings. It's a simple fruity recipe that the kids love, since it's summer vacation time. When microwaving, the sauce may overflow. So in Step 2, put the berries in a deep container and it will be just right. The container I used in the photos was just about safe. Please adjust the sweetness and microwaving time to taste. Recipe by ducksoup cookpad.japan -
