3 clovegarlic crushed
4 lbpork cut 1 inch cubes
2 eachmed. yellow onion cut 1 inch cubes
2 eachgreen. bell peppers cut 1 inch cubes
6 eachscewers
1 eachtaziki dip
6 eachflat bread hot dog buns

put on skewers

cook over bbq

add tzeki sauce on bun

remove from skewers and add to bun
