  2. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  3. 2tablespoon
  4. 2 tbspmelted margine
  5. 1 tspbasil
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 1/4 tsppepper
  8. 5 eachmedium potato, large chunks

  1. 1

    in large bowl blend recipe mix with oil, margin, and herbs

  2. 2

    add potatoes

  3. 3

    stir to coat thourghly

  4. 4

    microwave for 10 min on high

  5. 5

    stir or mix

  6. 6

    put back into microwave for 10 minutes high
