Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Make the recipe for "Lazy Pasta Sauce", found in my recipes.

  2. 2

Heat the heavy cream in a small sauce pot with the rosemary and thyme. Add to the pasta sauce. Reduce for ten minutes.

  3. 3

Combine spinach and remaining herbs together. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with the juice and zest of one lemon.

  4. 4

Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add enough of the pasta sauce to cover the bottom.

  5. 5

Layer the bottom of the dish with lasagna noodles.

  6. 6

Spread the ricotta mixture over the first layer. Cover with sauce.

  7. 7

Spread another layer of lasagna noodles. Lay down the spinach mixture. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle half the parmesan over the sauce.

  8. 8

Layer dish with one more layer of noodles. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle remaining parmesan and mozzarella. Sprinkle minced rosemary on top if desired.

  9. 9

Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly, approximately 10 minutes.
