A very Rich Delicious , Quick n Soft Sweet made during festivals. It is made from condensed milk n Paneer.
Steps

Heat a kadhai over low flame.

Add crumbled Paneer, milkmaid,milk powder and milk and mix well.Keep the flame on medium.

After the ingredients are mixed well, stir continuously and roast for about 20 - 25 minutes till it leaves the sides of the kadhai.

Lower the flame and add powdered Elaichi and few strands of kesar.Roast it for 2 minutes until it becomes dry.

When the mixture is dries switch off the gas.

Pour the mixture into a greased thali.Garnish with sliced blanced pistachios. Cut into pieces and serve instant kalakand.
