Chilli paneer bhurji
Steps

Cut capsicum into small pieces. Remove seeds. Cut tomatoes into small dices.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Splutter Jeera. Add chopped onions. Saute well. Once translucent add ginger & garlic. Saute well. Add tomatoes. Mix all. Cover the lid and cook on medium flame until tomatoes get tender

Add all spices & capsicum. Saute well and again cover the lid. Cook on slow flame for 4-5 minutes.

Add crumbled paneer. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Switch off gas.

Serve hot with roti or nan.
