8boneless chicken breast
2 tbspolive oil or vegetable oil

Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a bowl

Preheat oven to 400 or 425

Lightly pound out chicken breast

Oil cookie sheet and placed chicken breast on top of it
5

Take your mixture and spread it across the chicken breasts
6

Cook for about 15 to 20 mins or till golden brown
