Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 largeeggs
  2. 1/4 cuppickled jalapeño peppers and some of its juices
  3. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  4. 1/4 tspgranulated garlic powder a little less than quarter
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 cupsliced on a bias smoked sausage
  7. 1 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your sausage and jalapeños in a bit of oil. Add at least 2 tablespoonfuls of pickled jalapeño juices.

    When sausage and peppers is done remove the sausage to a bowl.

    Crack two eggs add to juices of pan. Then add garlic, salt, and pepper to the top of the eggs
