  • 1/4beef
  • 1/4kales
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 tablespooncooking oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the kales

  2. 2

    Prepare the beef that's diced by cleaning and putting in a cooking pot

  3. 3

    Add 4 cups of water then let it boil

  4. 4

    When ready fry in cooking oil with onions and tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add kales then then stir and close with a lead and allow it to cook

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sweet potatoes
