Per boil and wash 2 cups of rice and cook with a pinch of salt till it's soft

Cook 60g macaroni with a pinch of salt and one eating spoon full of vegetable oil till it's soft.

Slice the plantain to your desired shape and fry in deep frying till it's golden.

Cook the iced fish with pepper, maggi cube and onions for minutes and fry afterwards.

Blend the fresh tomatoes and pepper

Preheat vegetable oil and add sliced onions

Stir and add the fresh tomatoes puree.

Add seasoning and alow the water in the puree to dry.

Taste for salt and serve.
