Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine breadcrumbs with 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Add melted butter. Mix.
- 2
Combine eggs and water to make the egg wash. Whisk to incorporate.
- 3
Set up a three step breading station as follows. Flour, eggwash, and breadcrumbs.
- 4
Dip each breast in the flour, egg wash, and then breadcrumbs. Keep one hand dry to use only for flour and breadcrumbs, and use the other hand only to dip chicken in the egg wash. This prevents clumps.
- 5
Sprinkle with a bit of cheese. Roast at 350° for approximately 45-50 minutes, or until thermometer reaches 165°
- 6
Toss cooked spaghetti noodles with enough sauce to coat but not drown the noodles, remaining cheese, and herbs.
- 7
Instead of using the melted butter, you could also flash fry the breaded chicken breasts to give it a beautiful golden color. (As pictured)
- 8
Variations; Gruyere, provolone, mustard, tarragon, zucchini, squash, roasted tomatoes, shallots, spinach

Chicken Parmesan Chicken Parmesan
This is our take on chicken parmesan. It's not a classic, traditional recipe but it is delicious! We enjoy a combination of alfredo and marinara sauce for our recipe. The overall process is a little time consuming and involved...it takes a lot of multi-tasking...but it is so darn good. We usually save it for a weekend night when we have more time in the evenings. You may also have some marinara leftover (we usually do), but it can be refrigerated for another recipe in the next few days or it can be frozen. Christina -

Chicken Parmesan Chicken Parmesan
I had these huge chicken breasts to cook but I find the big ones tend to be tough even after brining sooo....I split the whole breast then butterflied them. Still HUGE so I cut them through and beat the crap out of them. Easy but a little time consuming. In the end, perfectly fork tender though. I literally had to dig for ingredients. Been out of town so I used what I had. Sometimes I wow myself 😂 SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
