Ingredients

  • 10 tbspGrease from Meat (or use part butter)
  • 13 tbspPlain Flour
  • 2 cupBroth
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1 cupEvaporated Milk
  • 1Giblets from Meat
  • 2Boiled Eggs, Chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together flour and grease until creamy and slightly browned.

  2. 2

    Cool slightly and stir in liquids.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil stirring constantly until creamy.

  4. 4

    Add eggs and giblets.

  5. 5

    Serve over dressing or rice.
