Ingredients

  • 100 gramsof beef slices
  • 200 gramsof eegs noodles cook and drain
  • 1chilli slices
  • 1 cupof mixed slices of broccoli or chianease cabbage , yellow sweet pepper and carrots
  • 1/2 sliceof onion
  • 2 tbspof oyster sauce
  • 1 tbspof seasoning soy sauce
  • 1 tspof pepper
  • 1 tspof sugar
  • 2 tbspof oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In hot pan add oil stir fry beef u ntill cook add vegetables and onions .

  2. 2

    Add chicken stock then stir in oyster sauce, sugar ,soy sauce, and mixing everything together.

  3. 3

    Add drain noodles then add chilli add pepper keep mixing for 2 minutes then removed from heat
