Season chicken 🐔 with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet with the oil until done on both sides. For about 5 minutes on each side

Remove the chicken 🐔 from the skillet 🍳 and set on a plate.

Add white wine🍷, thyme and garlic in the skillet. Bring to a simmer until reduced by half.

Remove from heat and add your Dijon mustard. Mix well and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy. ☺
