Ingredients

  • 7Short ribs
  • 3/4 cupSoy sauce
  • 4 tbspBrown sugar
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1Pepper
  • 1 dashBalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick sauce

  2. 2

    Marinate ribs for 15 minutes on one side

  3. 3

    Flip ribs and marinate for another 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Move ribs to a baking sheet with foil

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with more pepper and salt

  6. 6

    Broil in oven for 5 mins on each side
