Beat eggs with chopped onion, tomatoes, carrot. Add some milk, season to taste..

Large frying pan, Olive oil.. pour eggs, onion etc in. Cook for about 5-8 minutes

Set oven to 175 Celsius, put the frying pan into the oven. Cook for roughly 10-15 minutes, check with a fork to see how it's cooked. Add cheese 2 more minutes.. done
