How can you not love Quiche? It's rich, versatile, easy to make and the best damn comfort food around. In this recipe I substituted a few items to make it lower in fat but still taste as delicious as you come to expect it.

Preheat oven to 350

In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and then add all ingredients in listed in step one and mix well.

Add in the cheese listed and mix well.

Toss in the chopped broccoli
