The kids love Apple juice, so i thought it would be a good idea cooking with it! Turned out awesome! The sweetness from the juice added to the broccoli was a great way for the kids to eat their veggies!!

8chicken legs
2 cupbroccoli
1 canApple juice
1salt and pepper
1Italian seasoning mix
2 tspgarlic
2 tbspbutter
1egg
1/4 cupmilk
1Italian bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400

In small bOwl whisk egg and milk together

Remove skin from chicken, dip in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.

In large bowl mix together add Apple juice, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning mix, butter and garlic. Pour into large baking dish.

Add chicken and broccoli in baking dish. Cover and put in oven. For approximately 45 mins.
