BBQ pulled pork roll ups

Being from the south, we love our BBQ and slaw. I love egg rolls, and this is just heaven to me. If you use wonton wrappers, they are just smaller in size. Make the same way just making them bite size. Great snack or appetizer.

Being from the south, we love our BBQ and slaw. I love egg rolls, and this is just heaven to me. If you use wonton wrappers, they are just smaller in size. Make the same way just making them bite size. Great snack or appetizer.
Steps
- 1
Mix the BBQ sauce and pulled pork well. Set aside.
- 2
Working one at a time, lay the egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you in a diamond shape.
- 3
Brush the edges with the eggs to seal wrapper.
- 4
On the bottom third of wrapper, place a tablespoon of pulled pork mixture and spread out evenly, but not completely to edge.
- 5
Add a layer of coleslaw on top of pulled pork.
- 6
Turn the corner of wrapper up one time, then tuck in sides and continue rolling until sealed.
- 7
Deep Fry the rolls in 350°F oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8
Do not crowd. Depending on size of what your frying in, only do enough to allow room for them to move freely.
- 9
Remove from oil and drain on paper towel. Serve hot and with your favorite dipping sauce. Or if you prefer, by themselves.
- 10
If using wonton wrappers, make the same way, but just don't use as much filling as with egg roll wrappers.
