Ingredients

  1. 3-5 lb.chuck roast
  2. 1medium onion, sliced
  3. 2carrots
  4. 8whole red potatoes
  5. 4 cupbeef broth
  6. 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & dry potatoes & carrots

  2. 2

    Add potatoes & onions into crock pot, season with salt & pepper, place roast on top, reseason, pour in broth, cover and cook on low. Enjoy:)

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
