Ingredients

  1. 2 lbGround beef
  2. 1 canCrushed tomatoes (Large can)
  3. 1 canKidney beans
  4. 2 cupFrozen corn (1 canned if handy)
  5. 1 canTomato paste
  6. 1 largePackage of beef broth
  7. 2 tspChopped garlic
  8. 1 stickSliced celery
  9. 1 largeCarrot sliced
  10. 1 mediumOnion chopped
  11. 2 cupEgg noodles ( or your noodle of choice)
  12. 1 tbspDried basil
  13. 1 tbspDried oregano
  14. 2Salt and Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef then drain

  2. 2

    Combine everything but noodles in a large pot and cook for 2-3 hours

  3. 3

    Before serving add noodles and let cool for 15 more minutes.

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper to taste. I tend to like my stuff a bit salty.
