Ingredients

  • 4 cupFresh broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 largeLemon
  • 1 tbspMinced garlic
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large frying pan or pot cook the olive oil and garlic on medium high heat until oil starts to fizzle.

  2. 2

    Mix in broccoli and stir frequently for 5-10 minutes or until broccoli is cooked to your preferred firmness.

  3. 3

    Squeeze lemon over the broccoli and sauté another minute.
