Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesSkinless chicken legs
  2. 1/2 tbspGarlic Salt
  3. 1/2 tspPepper
  4. 1/2 tspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean chicken with water and cut out any extra fat.

  2. 2

    Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Put aluminum foil in a pan and a dash of oil on it before laying the chicken legs on top.

  4. 4

    Add a small square of butter on top of each chicken leg before putting in oven.

    Heat oven to 300°F and once hot slide in pan.

  6. 6

    Let cook in oven for approximately 45 minutes.

  7. 7

    Flip chicken legs so that they can cook on the other side for approximately 20 minutes

  8. 8

    Remove from oven and add your choice of side whether it be rice, mashed potatoes, or green beans.
