First layer: Mix crushed tea biscuits with melted butter and a little cream.

Second layer: In a blender, combine yogurt, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup powdered milk, cream cheese, and whipped topping mix. Pour over the first layer and bake in the oven with top heat only until set (do not brown).

Third layer: Break up the kunafa pastry and sauté it with a stick of butter until golden. Pour hot sugar syrup over it, then spread this over the second layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
