  • 2 lbgraziano Italian sausage
  • 1crushed red pepper
  • 1salt
  • 1hoagie buns
  • 1tomato paste
  • 1banana peppers
  • 1jalapenos
  • 1mozzarella cheese

Steps

    Preheat oven 375°F

  2. 2

    Scramble and brown Graziano Italian sausage with very light amount of salt and crushed red pepper. Drain grease.

  3. 3

    Cut hoagie buns in half and spread tomato paste on both sides.

  4. 4

    Fill the buns with sausage.

  5. 5

    Add banana peppers and jalapenos. Top with mozzarella shredded cheese.

  6. 6

    Line pan with aluminum foil and place sandwiches side by side in pan.

  7. 7

    Cook in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese it melted and slightly browned at 375°F.
