Peel the potatoes and cut them into small tiny pieces.

Cut all the vegetables, onions,tomatoes and carrots.

Put oil in a sufuria and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and fry until soft, then add the carrots.

Stir. Add salt. Then add the peeled potatoes and stir.Add about 1/2 cup of water.

Cook until soft then serve with rice.
