Gorgonzola Orange Chicken Tenders

In a shallow bowl wisk egg, pepper and salt

Place bread cumbs in another bowl
- 3
Dip chicken in egg then in bread crumbs patting to help coat
- 4
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat
- 5
Add chicken cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or till chicken is no longer pink
- 6
Drizzle with warmed marmalade and top with cheese
- 7
Remove from heat and let stand covered untill cheese begins to melt
