Ingredients

  • 1 lbGround beef
  • 2 canRo*Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 32 ozVelveeta cheese block
  • 2 packagesChips to dip

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry ground beef until brown

  2. 2

    Add Ro*Tel tomatoes to beef

  3. 3

    Cut cheese into small squares, then throw into frying pan with the rest of the ingredients on medium heat. Keep stirring so cheese doesn't burn in pan.

  4. 4

    Once cheese is melted, put in a crockpot to keep warm.

  5. 5

    Serve with chips and enjoy!!
