Pull out pieces of tilapia salmon, place in cookie sheet, preheat oven to 400°F. Set aside,rinse asparagus and place on another cookie sheet, then drizzle olive oil on top of them. Next sprinkle the seasoning on the sticks. When oven is ready place both cookie sheets in oven for 15-20 mins :)
