16 largeCooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
1 smallOnion diced
1 mediumCucumber peeled and cubed
1/2 cupCilantro, chopped lightly
1 mediumLime juice
1Jalapeno diced (optional)
16 ozTomato or Clamato juice
1 pinchsalt
1 mediumAvacado diced

In large chilled glass or glass bowl add 8 shrimp each, cucumber, onion, peppers, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Pour tomato or clamato juice over and top with avacado, if preferred you can chill or eat right away.
