Put the butter and garlic in a pan and melt the butter down. Add the cornstarch and stir together then remove from heat

Add the chicken stock, coconut milk & wine and combine. Return the pan to the heat and stir until the sauce thickens

Add the onion & mustard powders and season well with salt & pepper. Bring the sauce to the boil and add the prawns. Cook for 5 minutes or until the prawns are cooked. Add the parsley and stir in

Serve over some gluten-free pasta and some bread to soak up the sauce
