Heat oil put mustard seeds and cumin seeds...when splutter add hing.

Add chana sprouts and all dry spices. Saute for 5 mins.

Now take out in a serving dish and add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, mint leaves and chaat masala. Squeeze lemon and Mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves, sliced cucumber and carrots.
