Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 slicepound cake
  2. 4canned apricot halves
  3. 6 ozvanilla yogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    using small cookie cutter, remove center of each slice of pound cake.

  2. 2

    toast slices and centers in saute pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    When golden, arrange slices on plates with yogurt and apricot halves to look like eggs.
