1sliced red bell peppers
1sliced sausage
1 tspolive oil

Set onions,Peppers,Sausages and oil in your casserole bowl

In another small bowl mix eggs,heavy cream,salt,paprika

Pour the egg mixture in casserole bowl and put into the over at °350

Watch as it rises... Take out when u see that nice golden color ... Or top of the eggs is cooked
