Ingredients

  1. 2 cupuncooked rice
  2. 1bell pepper
  3. 1small onion
  4. 2celery stalks
  5. 1 lbground breakfast sausage
  6. 2 canchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400

    Break up and brown sausage in large skillet

  3. 3

    Chop onion, celery, and pepper. Add to sausage and cook about ten minutes until softened

  4. 4

    Spray large casserole dish with cooking spray.

  5. 5

    Add rice to casserole dish and distribute evenly. Spread sausage mixture on top of the rice.

    Pour both cans of broth over everything and seal casserole dish with tinfoil.

    Bake for 1 hour.
