Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbCooked crab meat
  2. 1 cupUnsalted cashews
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tspflour
  5. 3/4 cupLight cream
  6. 2 tbspChopped parsley
  7. 1/4 cupFreshly grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 36Whole wheat crackers or toast points

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the crab and cashews

  2. 2

    Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook for 2 minutes over low heat

  3. 3

    Pour in the cream and simmer into a thick sauce

  4. 4

    Blend in the parsley, cheese and crab

  5. 5

    place on crackers and serve while hot

  6. 6

    ENJOY
