Mix dry ingredients,add beaten eggs

Pour 500mls of warm water into the ingredients. Mix using your hands. Leave the dough to rise for 45 minutes to an hour

Grease an enamel bowl with margarine/butter (this is to avoid the dough from sticking on the bowl).

Scoop the dough and add onto the based bowl

In a separate big pot, a 1/4 water and put the bowl with dough inside the pot. Make sure the water level is half way the bowl level and water should not go over the dough. Cover the pot and let the water boil for an hour.

Test the dough periodically and test using a knife to check that dough is adequately steamed and cooked. If knife comes out dry,the dough is cooked.
